No drop-shipping. No fulfilment centres. Just us.

How to Reach Us

Shipping

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm GMT ship the next working day. Orders placed Friday after 2pm or over the weekend ship Monday.

United Kingdom

Royal Mail Tracked 48. Flat rate £4.50 per order, free shipping on orders over £50. Delivered in 2–4 working days.

Europe & International

We ship to the EU and beyond — shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. International orders may be subject to customs duties on arrival.

Packaging

Light-proof tins and amber glass bottles, packed in recyclable materials. No plastic, no foam — the packaging protects the oil, not the landfill.

Returns

14-Day Returns

If something is wrong — damaged in transit, the wrong bottle, or not what you expected — write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. No need to send the oil back; we trust you.

Change of Mind

Unopened tins and bottles can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping. Write to us first and we will guide you through it.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of approval, back to the original payment method. You will see it on your statement within a few days after that.

Shipping Terms

Title & Risk

Title in the goods passes to you on dispatch. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier will leave a card or attempt redelivery per their own policy.

Delivery Times

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Royal Mail, couriers, and customs may delay a parcel beyond our stated windows. We are not liable for carrier delays, but we will chase and help track any parcel that goes astray.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the UK, you are the importer of record. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the carrier or your country's border authority are your responsibility. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare value.

Failed or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, the recipient was unreachable, or delivery was refused, we will contact you. We can re-ship to a corrected address once you pay the additional postage. Original shipping is non-refundable in these cases.

Damage in Transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, send a photograph within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you — no need to return the broken bottle or tin. We will take it up with the carrier.

Storage & Shelf Life

High-polyphenol olive oil is best within 18 months of harvest. Store tins and bottles upright, away from direct light and heat. Once opened, use within 3 months for full polyphenol potency. We cannot accept returns of oils opened and tasted.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — extreme weather, postal strikes, port closures, pandemics, or any act that interrupts the normal movement of goods. We will always tell you what is happening and what we can do about it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of England, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
